Welcome to the St Raphael Community page this site has been setup by a Residents Group to keep the community of St Raphs informed. On the future of the planned Redevelopment of our Estate. You may beware that the council has plans to change our Estate and bring Investors to Redevelopment. This site is setup for the Tenants/lease holders, freeholders who wish to have Infills/ Refurbishment as their chosen choice.
At present there is two online Petitions where you can sign to make your voice heard. One is for the residents of st raphaels and the other for the wide community. We have a Twitter page where you can get involved and see what others are saying. A Facebook and Instgram page. . There is possibility of documentary being done to show the poistive elements of st Raphael's Estate. if you want to be part of this please get in touch by email. ( sorry residents only)
